Getting Started with CleanWiz: The Ultimate Setup Guide

You're in! This guide will walk you through everything you need to do to get your CleanWiz account fully configured and ready to start taking bookings.

Step 1 — Create Your Account

  1. Visit
    and click Sign Up.

  2. Enter your name, email address, and a strong password, then click Create Account.

  3. You can also sign up using your Google account for one-click access.

Note: After signing up, CleanWiz will spend a few seconds setting up your workspace. You'll see a brief "Setting up your workspace..." message—this is normal and only takes a moment.


Step 2 — Complete the Setup Wizard

The first time you log in, CleanWiz will walk you through a 3-step setup wizard. You must complete this before you can access the main dashboard.

2a. Company Profile

Fill in your business details:

Company NameYour legal or trading name—shown on quotes, invoices, and SMS.
Business AddressStart typing and select your address (powered by Google Maps).
Phone NumberYour primary business phone number.

Click Continue when complete.

2b. Choose Your Plan

CleanWiz offers three plans. Your 14-day free trial starts here—you will not be charged today.

  • Shine: Solo operators just getting started.

  • Glimmer: Growing teams with multiple cleaners (auto-selected).

  • Gleam: Established businesses with advanced automation needs.

  1. Select your plan.

  2. Enter payment details in the secure Stripe checkout on the right.

  3. Click Start 14-Day Free Trial.

  4. Click Go to Dashboard to enter your workspace.


Step 3 — Configure Your Settings

Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the sidebar) to complete your configuration.

3a. Pricing & Rates

Path: Settings → General → Pricing & Rates

SettingDescription
Base Rate (per sqft)The core dollar-per-square-foot rate for a standard clean.
Minimum PriceThe lowest price you'll charge regardless of property size.
MultipliersAdditional cost factors for Bedrooms, Bathrooms, or Pets.
Frequency DiscountsDiscounts for recurring bookings (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.).

3b. Services & Add-ons

Path: Settings → General → Services & Add-ons

To add a new service:

  1. Click + Add Service.

  2. Set a Price Type:

    • Flat: Fixed dollar amount.

    • Per Unit: Price multiplied by quantity (e.g., per window).

    • Percentage (%): Percentage of the total job price.

  3. Click Save.

3c. SMS Notifications (Twilio)

Path: Settings → SMS Setup

  1. Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token.

  2. Click Validate & Fetch Numbers.

  3. Select your Sender Number.

  4. Click Auto-Configure Webhook to sync inbound replies.

3d. Reviews Automation

Path: Settings → Reviews

Toggle Enable Reviews to have CleanWiz automatically request feedback after a job. Positive reviews (detected by AI) will be prompted to post directly to your Google Business or Yelp links.

3e. Customer Portal

Path: Settings → Customer Portal

Toggle Enable Portal Access to give customers a self-service area to view invoices and history. You can customize the button colors here to match your brand.


Step 4 — Embed the Web Quote Widget

Path: Settings → Web Quote

  • Method A (Embed Button): Best for a clean look. Copy the Embed Code snippet and paste it into your website’s HTML.

  • Method B (Inline Widget): Displays the full form on the page. Copy the iframe code AND the Widget Loader Script (paste the script into your website’s <head> section).


Step 5 — Invite Your Team

Path: Settings → Team

  1. Click Invite Team Member.

  2. Assign a Role:

    • Admin: Full access.

    • Manager: Manage jobs and scheduling.

    • Technician: View their own schedule only via /my-schedule.
