Importing Your Data into CleanWiz


InfoSwitching from another platform? This guide walks you through how to export your existing customer and property data from your old system and get it into CleanWiz — quickly and accurately.


Step 1 — Export from Your Previous System

BookingKoala

  1. Go to Customers in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the Download or Export button at the top.

  3. Select CSV as the format.

Jobber

  1. Click Clients in the left navigation.

  2. Click More Actions (top-right) → Export Clients.

  3. Choose CSV; Jobber will email the file to you.

ZenMaid

  1. Navigate to Customers in the top menu.

  2. Click the gear icon or Export button.

  3. If not visible, email support@zenmaid.com to request a full CSV export.

Step 2 — Import into CleanWiz

⚠️ Important: We strongly recommend doing a test import with 5–10 rows first to verify mapping.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Data Import

  2. Upload your CSV file.

  3. Review Mapping: Match your CSV headers to CleanWiz fields (e.g., "Client Name" → name).

  4. Click Preview Import, then click Run Import.
